Apple logo flash

I just bought new iphone 12 pro max.When i turn on moible apple logo flash and then iphone turn on is this normal.?

As QuickTimeKirk mentioned, other than a “cosmetic”, the behaviour you are on about it here has no other effect/impact. It’s a bug/glitch in a boot process; that’s all.
