Power Beats Pro left earbud will not work.
The left earbud of my Power Beats Pro pair will not sync or play any audio. The right earbud works as designed. I have reset the earbuds numerous times; forgotten the pairing and restarted my iPhone several times; cleaned the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case; verified that I have the latest iOS and firmware on the earbuds; and have tried to pair the earbuds with a different iPhone. No success.
My iPhone battery widget recognizes when I remove the right earbud from the case, but it does not recognize when I remove the left. The left earbud shows a battery level of 100% and charging regardless of whether it is in the case or not. This implies the left earbud is dead (and either the case or iPhone can't recognize that fact) or there is an issue with the case?
