Family Sharing and macOS version

I would like to activate family sharing.

Just following https://support.apple.com/it-it/HT201088 but cannot find the family logo in apple\preferences, top right corner.

I have macOS 10.13.6, the newer version available for a MacBook Pro 2011.

Is this a limitation?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.13

The link says:

If you're using macOS Mojave or earlier, choose Apple menu  > System Preferences > iCloud, then click Manage Family.

By the way, the is at the top left corner.
