MY iMac will transmit video to my HDMI but not audio. Any suggestions

My iMac will transmit video through my mini to HDMI but NO audio. Can someone advise me?

if you open your menubar sound options, you then select the device that's using the HDMI. in my case, that would be my samsung TV.

Hi there,

Try going to System Preferences > Sound > Output, and change it to the HDMI output device.
