Why I can not use (edit) in the payment and shipping

To make sure we're on the same page, it looks like you're unable to edit your payment information associated with your Apple ID, is that correct?

If so, take a look at the steps to edit your payment info here:

If you're still unable to edit your info using those steps, do you receive any specific error or message you'd be able to translate into English?

If the page itself is non-responsive when attempting to edit your payment info, take a moment to restart your iPhone and then try again.

• Restart your iPhone

Additionally, if you have access to another device such as a Mac or PC you can edit your payment info there as well. See the article in our earlier post for options to edit that info on a different device.

If you're still unable to edit your info from there, we'd recommend reaching out to Apple Support directly for additional assistance.

To clarify, what specifically happens when attempting to edit your payment information? Does it not respond at all, are you unable to tap on a field to change your information?

Additionally, are you going to Settings > [your name] > Payment & Shipping to make the changes?
