Unable to add Logitech doorbell to Home. Home says accessory already added.

Unable to add Logitech doorbell to Home. Home says accessory already added. It was, but iPad quit "talking" to the unit. Reset of iPad and doorbell has not corrected the issue. Home now says unit is in use in another home. What do we do to get it working

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 10

It sounds like you're having issues with a device on HomeKit. When you worked though the article below, what happened when you tried the steps in the section "If you can't add an accessory"?


If you continue having issues, you may need to reach out to the hardware manufacturer for the doorbell.
