Watsapp call notification on Apple watch 6

I dont get watsapp call notification in my apple watch series 6. I dont understand why i could receive watsapp msgs but not the call.

I dont understand logic in this, while i can get watsapp msg notification on my watch not the call. How not having a app would be the right response.
