printing problem

I can not print colored files from my ricoh, only printing black and white

I am Macbook pro 2017 , Big sure 11.2.2

printer ricoh MP C 4000

first it was printing too many paper with a line of words on the top, I reviewed other comments they advised to use generic PCL printer.

it prints the desired file but only in black and white

please advice...
