Still getting texts from blocked contacts

I continue to get texts from blocked contacts. This is extremely upsetting because we are blocking for a reason. Now I’m subjected to abusive messages because Apple is NOT blocking.

This needs to be fixed!

Not receiving texts from unblocked contact I have a contact who I can no longer receive texts on my phone. The texts go to my MacBook only. The contact is not blocked in any way and I can receive phone calls. This is the only contact that I have this issue. What could be the problem?

Message blocking?? I’m having trouble texting a few of my main contacts for the last week. When I do I get a message back saying unable to send. Message blocking is enabled. How do I get this off so I can text these people? I’ve tried everything I could think of. Thanks

Apple will not block any messages. You need to block them properly as per the process given here --> Block phone numbers, contacts, and emails on your iPhone ...
