I am unable to get into my phone. It is locked. The port doesn't work, so I'm unable to connect to itunes.
As you didn’t say what model phone you have I couldn’t know that it had wireless charging. Port failures are unusual. Does it not not charge with cables (have you tried more than one)? Have you inspected it with a bright light and cleaned it? If the port is truly dead there is no way to un-disable the phone.
Okay, I understand. I have an iphone 8 plus. The port does not work. I use a charging station from Srpint/Tmobile that allows for charging without using the port. The Sprint/Tmobile tech team confirms that it does not work. I've tried with more than one, and they have tried with more than one. I see your response, and it looks like I won't be able to bypass this. Thank you. I will use the insurance to get a new phone.
How do you charge it if the port doesn’t work?
I have the charger that you just lay the phone on top of it.
