I want to make complain about my watch repair

Dear team,

I would like to bring this to your attention that I had recently submitted my watch to apple store in Yas Mall Abu Dhabi for repair, where they told me that the support team will send me a quotation and I have to approve either to go with repair or replacement. And please note that I have that in written email.

NOW THE STORE HAD REPLACE MY WATCH WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Which is not acceptable for me at all and their behaviour is more unacceptable that the incendent itself.

Please I need your support to sort out this matter to avoid any legal actions.
