Can’t access google services on LTE/4G

I can’t open or use any of the google services (maps, Google app or google search engine in safari) whenever i’m on mobile data while anything else which is not Google works perfect when on mobile data. However when i switch to wifi all google services works fine and then i switch back to 4G it works for a while... i feel that it’s a DNS issue not sure if this is from my carrier or from google or from my iPhone XS Max.

I've searched the internet and couldn’t find any solution as i see also some other people had the same issue.

Please help!!
