My iPhone is frozen and it won’t let me power off or anything what do I do

I tried to use my Camera app and it did not take pictures. In fact, not apps would start. When I tried to Power Off, the the “Power Off” sliders did not work. Also, the “Cancel” button did not work work. How do I power down to reset?

Try making a Force Reboot

1. Quickly Press Volume Up

2. Quickly Press Volume Down

3. Press and hold the Power Button until the phone restarts.
