How to fix the “Allow Apps to Request to Track” greyed out

This cannot be changed if:

  • Apple thinks you are under 18 years old (date of birth on your account) or
  • Your phone is controlled by a company or school or
  • Your AppleID is less than 3 days old.

To be honest having it turned off so they cannot even ask to track you should be the best option.

Meanwhile I am still waiting to be asked.
