Apple music on PC

Hi,


I've listened to apple music on my PC (not a mac) since i got it 2 months ago but ive signed in today and when i click play on a song im getting an error ' item not available in your country. Try switching back to your accounts registered storefront '


I havent switched storefront in the first place?
