Software Updates in System Preferences does not appear in my MacBook Pro

I received a notification to Update my Mac Boob. When I clicked "Update Now" nothing happened. Apple Help said to click "Software Updates in System Preferences, " but that option does not appear in my System Preferences. What do I do next ?

Unless you're missing a 10.13.6 Supplemental Update, but that would appear in the Mac App Store > Updates, you are fully updated.

Cheers,

Jack
