Downgrade iCloud Storage

Hello there, I got problem for downgrade storage iCloud. When I click downgrade plan and choose a free storage 5 gb theres nothing change, My Plan still on 200gb storage. How can i resolve the problem???

Strange. Check again that you have canceled your Storage Plan correctly.

This is because your plan will first be downgraded to 5GB when your current 200GB Plan expires.

So if your 200GB Plan needs to be renewed for example on May 12, then you will be downgraded to 5GB that day

Thank you for your reply or answer.

FYI, My renewals is 30 April 2021, and I think is over or expired because I don't buy again or I'm not top-up My Balance so the subscription can't automatically renews.

I Still can't changing My storage to 5 GB.
