My iPhone 12 paired well with my Oticon Opn S1 when I got the hearing aid in December 2020. Starting 3/14/2021 some portions of the Oticon ON app stopped working, however the phone remained paired with the aid. After assistance from Oticon tech support, and working with my local audiologist today, the iPhone 12 no longer pair with the aid. I updated to iOS 14.5.1 this evening, but did not help. Any suggestions?

Thanks for joining us in Apple Support Communities! We understand you're having difficulty connecting your hearing aid to your iPhone 12. We're glad you're here, and we can provide some guidance.
"When you turn off your hearing device, it disconnects from your device. When you turn on your hearing device, open and close the battery doors on your hearing device to connect again." Did you try opening and closing the battery doors to see if that allows you to connect your hearing aid to your iPhone again? Let's be sure you've followed all the steps in this support article:
