i accidentallydeleted a song from my iTunes library on my iPhone 12 pro
the song was not downloaded/added from i tunes/apple music
it has also disappeared from my i tunes library on iPad and mac.
how can i recover that ?

Since it used to be in your iTunes/Music library, the first place to look is on the hard drive of your Mac. iTunes/Music can "lose" files even if they are still on the computer. Do a search in Finder to look for it. Check the Trash as well.
