iPhone microphone is not working

Hi, I’m contacting Apple because my IPhone microphone is not working no matter what I do. It’s not letting me do voice memos or have audio in videos.

Is the speaker option also greyed out on phone calls?

I can use the speaker on calls just fine, it’s just the microphone that won’t work.
