MacBook and iTunes

I cannot search in iTunes from my MacBook Pro running 11.3.1. The Search window in iTunes that used to be in the upper right is missing completely. I thought maybe it'd been moved, but it's not there at all. Help?!

MacBook Pro 17″, macOS 10.13

iTunes was replaced by other apps when Catalina was released and iTunes cannot be installed on a Mac running 11.3.1. See: What happened to iTunes? - Apple Support

If you are asking about the Music app, the search box is at the top of the sidebar on the left. If you click in it, you can then select "Your Library", "Apple Music", or "iTunes Store" at the top right of the main window. See the "Use the Apple Music app on your Mac with macOS Catalina" section of Buy music from the iTunes Store - Apple Support
