I am running the latest iOS 14.5.1, and I see the 'Push' option for Mail. Please note that this is available for iCloud Mail. Gmail and other mail services have two options - Fetch and Manual.

  1. Open iPhone Settings > Mail > Accounts.
  2. Tap Fetch New Data.
  3. Enable the toggle for Push.
  4. For more options, tap on an option like iCloud, Holiday Calendar, Gmail, etc. and select among Push, Fetch, and Manual (as visible.)
  5. Further, to get emails normally, set FETCH to Automatically.

Also, inside the Settings app, tap Notifications > Mail and make sure it is allowed to send notifications.

In case nothing helps, you may try resetting all settings (Settings app > General > Reset > Reset All Settings). This will not delete any personal data like apps, music, photos, etc. However, all customized settings will be set to default.
