Can’t send messages to contacts with androids

Using my iPhone 8 I can’t send or receive messages from others who are using Android devices!

SMS and MMS are Carrier Specific features. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
