Data Recover

I have two Mac Pros of the same model. For one of them the screen is bad and I can't see anything. I need to recover the data of the Mac whose screen is broken. Could I put this HD on a different Mac Pro that has same model and year?

That depends on exactly WHAT Model-year you have.

You could connect to your TV set as an external display and do more.
