I just got the i series 6 watch and ive tried everything to pair it to my phone and it won’t pair. I’ve removed my old iwatch and cleared it from my phone. Both my iPhone and new Iwatch Bluetooth is on. The new iwatch 6 has been reset. Nothing is working to get it to pair to my phone.
What is happening when you attempt to pair the Watch. Something has to be displayed. You can also try the troubleshooting instructions here, If your Apple Watch isn't connected or paired with your iPhone - Apple Support You say that you have already reset the Watch, correct?

The second link I sent you "If your Apple Watch isn't connected...) is what Apple provides if you are having trouble connecting. Is that not helping? Try pressing and holding the digital crown and power button together until you see the Apple logo and then release. Try pairing again.
Hold down the digital crown and the power button together. Just holding the digital crown will only get you Siri as you have found out.
If the support document that you linked to the forum with that is listed about about not finding the "i" icon and what I provided did not help, then you need to use the Get Support link at the top of the page here to contact Apple Support. Since you just purchased the Watch, you have 90 days of free phone support.
Yes I’ve already reset the watch and taken off my old watch that was paired with my iPhone 12 Pro Max. It says “it’s unable to connect to Apple watch, make sure it’s turned on and is not paired with another iPhone. “
which it wasn’t, I bought it today and everything was still wrapped in plastic.

I have an I cannot get it to pair still. It’ll connect thru Bluetooth but it doesn’t show it’s paired with my phone.
No that’s not helping either. I tried holding down the crown and then when I do that a screen pops up that says “ hi Siri and then press an speech input”
Okay I tried that and nothing happened at all. I don’t even have the little “i “ anywhere on my watch to click on that even. I just tried to pair it to my old watch and it would connect to it.
