unable to use Apple Music due to crash

after the new iOS 12.5.3 on my iPhone 6 Plus I've been unable to use apple as it keeps crashing I've already tried deleting the app , reseting everything and restarting the device .

If it has not resolved itself before you see this post then contact Apple about this issue.


Click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
