podcast art not updating

I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, but I can't figure it out. I have a couple of podcasts and I've never had difficulting updating the artwork until now.

I'm trying to update the artwork for this rss feed:

The image is correct in the rss feed but it doesn't update in Apple. I believe the dimensions and artwork comply with their current standards.

Its file size is 736kB: it should be less than 500kB. Otherwise its parameters are OK though I don't know whether Podcasts Connect is happy with URLs which contain a script (the bit after the question mark).

It's important that you gave the image a different file name otherwise Podcasts Connect - which caches the image - has no way of knowing it's changed. Even if a new image is OK it can take some days before it appears: and I don't know whether the problems at Podcasts Connect which were making things worse have been resolved.

The picture file size is now OK. I'm assuming you did change the file name from the old picture? Even if it's all OK it can take several days for a changed image to appear in Apple Podcasts 'Browse' so it may just be a question of waiting.
