how to back up data in iWatch if can't find the phone paired with it?
I lost my iPhone that paired with my iWatch. to pair the watch with a new iPhone it has to be erased first. without my old phone how can I back up the data (workouts and recordings) in my iWatch before resetting it to factory setting?
