Sync Through iCloud:
Sign in to the same Apple ID on both iPhones, and then enable Contacts in iCloud Settings on both iPhones.
- Click: Settings
- Tap: your Name (top item)
- Tap: iCloud
- Tap: Contacts (so that it is green)
