I accidentally deleted iMessages with no iCloud backup

I accidentally deleted my friend's iMessages to me on my phone (iPhone 11). I didn't have iCloud backup on and never knew this existed, so that's a big mess up for me and I really want to get these messages back. However, I still have my friend's messages on my MacBook Pro (2020 M1 chip) when I open the Messages app. Is there a way to get those messages from my MacBook to my iPhone?

iPhone 11, iOS 14

You could screenshot them on your Mac and pass those screenshots to your iPhone.
