When I delete emails (in Outlook) from my iphone they are deleted from my husband's Windows laptop as well. How can I prevent this from happening?

We want to receive the mail on both devices, but don’t want it deleted from the laptop when it’s deleted from the iPhone. It used to work this way until we had a problem with Outlook and had to reinstall the account
If you are using the same account then they are synced. Use a separate Outlook account for yourself.
When I delete mails from my iPhone in Outlook they are deleted on my husbands Windows laptop as well. How can I prevent this happening?
