I previously bought an Apple Watch from someone, but the watch has an activation lock on it. I no longer have the original owners contact info; anyway I can remove the lock without the original owner ? Preferably a easy and free method .

Activation Lock is to prevent someone from using a lost or stolen watch.
Only the original owner can remove the Activation Lock.
