Does the new iPhones not come with accessories?

I just bought my mum a new iPhone SE a few days ago and it didnt come with head phones and she said it didn't come with a charger. Is this right? Are these things not included?

Apple no longer includes the charge cube, the headphones, or the headphone adapter.
