Hi, I downloaded a game from Apple store, but I can not use the instore purchase. Can you help me to solve the problem?

Check Settings>ScreenTime>Content & Privacy Restrictions>Itunes&App Store Purchases>... the first 3 options should be set to "Allow". When done, restart your iPhone.

App Store I want to get a game that I have already downloaded before, but my cards on file are being declined because there is not enough money on either of them.
