Airprint

Apple devices can’t locate HP Envy 5540 series printer. Both on same BT Wi-fi network

If it isn't detected by your iOS/iPadOS devices, you have two things to try:

Turn off all your wifi devices.
Turn off your modem router for at least 1 minute, then turn it back on, waiting for its complete autoconfiguration.
Turn your printer back on
Turn all your devices back on, and test the printer.

If the issue still persists, I'd contact HP support team and ask them (checking also for firmware updates).
