Calls getting disconnected is either a problem with the cellular carrier network and its coverage such as marginal signal coverage, with local signal interference, or a hardware problem with the iPhone itself. Try a different location with better coverage. Try restarting your iPhone, too.

And the general steps for problems making or receiving calls:

Please describe the symptoms of this “Trojan virus”.
It’s just a scam to get you to install something you don’t need nor want. It is impossible for a remote site to know anything about your device.
Than message is also NOT from Apple.
