Amount of 3340 has been deducted

Hi, I am currently not using apple since Dec 2019 but I have my iCloud I'd and password. Every month 369 rs is deducted from my CC. This month I got a bill of 3340/- from Apple which I am not aware why it has come on my credit card. I need support and details for the same.
