Hi,
The profile information says MacBook and OS X 10.11 (El Capitan). Is that correct?
The HP Envy 6000 All-in-One Printer series is mentioned in About AirPrint - Apple Support. This means that your printer should work without drivers if it is on the same network (Wi-Fi router) as the computer.
Can you confirm that the printer has successfully connected to the Wi-Fi router? Normally, the easiest way is to use WPS for the setup (if applicable).

If necessary, you could use an iPhone/iPad to test whether the printer appears as an available AirPrint printer. If so, is it possible to print from the iPhone/iPad?

It may not be a bad idea to repeat the power cycling in this order: Power off the router, printer, computer, and all other devices. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the router. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the printer. Wait a minute or two. Power on the computer. Finally, power on all other devices.
