Left AirPod not connecting

Why is my left AirPod not working. It shows that it is connected with 100% battery but it’s not working

See Adjust audio and visual settings on iPhone - Apple Support and make sure you haven't somehow shift the balance all the way to the right. Test with wired headphones. Test the AirPods with another device.

I assume you've tried the steps in the related article: If your AirPods won't connect - Apple Support. If needs be see AirPods Repair - Official Apple Support.

Yes. I took the AirPods in earlier today to the Genius Bar with an issue with the left one. They replaced both, and was told to reset it and reconnect. Still not rectified
