On Monday, 14 at 3:19(Nigrian Time) i was debited 6110 Naira for a purchase i didnt make. BILL/CORK!!?? And it is frustrating because THAT IS A LOT OF MONEY CONSIDERING WHAT IS GOING ON IN MY COUNTRY RIGHT NOW!!! I thought Apple being Apple would have email addresses we can send questions too and get quick answers to. I have no one to talk to about it. PLEASE HELP ME!! How can i get my money refunded?!😩

deggie thank you for your help. But i have down that road a couple of times and nothing to show for it. A never ending circle of sadness. My billing shows history show that its just icloud space and itunes i have subscribed to. So why would apple take money out my account😭
Yeah but i was already charged for the icloud space, cost being 300 and for the music which is 900. This new charge just doesnt make any sense.

If you are buying more iCloud space and have a subscription to Apple Music whey wouldn't they take money from your account? So when you were in touch with Apple what did they say?
