Email deleting on devices
Just deleted over 3000 emails on iPad. Will they delete off iPhone as well? And if so, how?

That would depend on the type of email account you have. If this is an IMAP account and configured that way on both devices, when you delete mail on one device, it will sync on the other. However, if this is configured as a POP account, it will not sync. You would need to delete mail on all devices separately.
