I need help signing in my iCloud because I don't have my old phone it was been stolen

my phone has been stolen so I have my old iPhone and I'm trying to login to my iCloud I do know my Apple ID and password. the thing is its sending a code to my old phone number and that phone number no longer works. how can I sign in into my iCloud
