Hi apple team i wana to say something my friend have a problem he have ipad 2 and he created apple id with gmail he know apple id only he forgot gmail but apple id has been disabled so how can i enable apple id without mail any solution?

And he is old man he don’t know about phone also he need help that’s why I’m asking

Has he gone to the gmail web site to see if he can reset the email address password so the address can receive emails? If he gets a working email address, see the Apple Support article(s) below.
