Keyboard

This “Speed up your typing by sliding your finger across the letters to compose a word” keeps on showing up each time I try to type, I don’t know how to get rid of it.

This EXACT thing is happening to me. All my regularly-used apps keep signing out, sometimes several times in an hour, and I have to keep re-entering my password and re-authenticating like new as if the iPhone doesn’t recognize I’ve already done this. I’m also seeing the “speed up your typing” message come up nearly every time my keyboard pops up when I’m trying to type. This is getting really frustrating!!

Same thing is happening to me with the “speed up your typing” along with I’m constantly having to re-sign into apps. It’s like the phone isn’t recognizing it isn’t new or reverting back to a first-time use state. I’ve restarted, backed up, and reloaded…Any ideas?

Howdy nikki_1715,

It looks like you're seeing tips appear on your iPhone when you're typing so let's see if disabling that will prevent this from occurring again.

Take a look at the section labeled "Get notified when new tips arrive" of the following resource for assistance with locating the notification to see if you can disable this.

Get tips on iPhone

If you see that this isn't enabled, have you recently installed any new apps or keyboards around the time this started to occur? If so, see if disabling or editing the settings from that new installation is related to this occurring.

Cheers!
