You’ve erased the data partition, which erases all apps and all user data. Select the option to Show All Data in the menus, and then restore your backups.


Restore your Mac from a backup - Apple Support


If you do not have a backup—and I’m here assuming that this storage device is an SSD, based on the capacity shown—the data formerly in the erased partition is gone, and unrecoverable.

You Need to Mount the Drive:

First off, click "Mount" (located on the top-right corner of the window to get the hard drive to be interacted with again.
