FIRST, make sure you CAN delete apps: Go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions/iTunes & App Store Purchases - Change Deleting Apps to Allow. This setting defaults to “Don’t Allow"

You then have 2 options:

  1. Go to Settings/General/iPhone Storage, find the app, tap it and delete it.
  2. Follow the advice from barberlives123, locate it in the App Library and delete it.

If you are deleting it to restore a “clean” copy restart your phone after deleting it and before adding it back. This prevents the reloaded app from reusing data from the deleted app.
