Why is my account disabled in App Store and I-tunes

Why is my account disabled in App Store and I- tunes, when I try to update one of my apps. That is the notification I get

iPhone 6s, iOS 14

Could be a few reasons usually for billing reasons you will have to contact Apple support if it is actually disabled in iTunes and App Store per this resource https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208856
