I lost my iPhone, how can I get my IPhone with my insurance?

  1. If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch is lost or stolen – Apple Support - You should firstly follow the steps here including tracing and erasing your device via Find My if that is possible.
  2. Your insurance company may need the serial number of the device - Find the serial number. You will have to contact them for details regarding the replacement if it is not covered by AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss
  3. If your missing iPhone is covered by AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss, file a claim for an iPhone replacement. Use the following form to File a claim.
