iPhone's screen looks grainy and has many specks of green and blue dots scattered on the screen

I just got a new phone recently and I just realized that there are many tiny dots scattered on the phone's screen. More noticeable on bright colors and you can see them on both the lock and home screen. It makes everything look very grainy.

Restarting and such has not been a solution to my problem.

Any help? Thanks.

Are you using wallpaper for your Lock and Home screen? If you are change the photo and see if what you're seeing changes. If it doesn't and it's the same regardless of the background, schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar and show it to Apple.
