Hello i didn't lose my phone but forgot my password (iPhone 11) ,is it still possible to change the password from my( iPhone 12 ) ,or MacBook since all my devices are under the same apple id and user name , thank you for your answer .

What password are you referring to? iCloud, iPhone, etc.
If it is iCloud you can reset the password if you have access to the email:

If it is iPhone, you would need to contact apple, and most likely they would ask for the purchase receipt, but they might be able to reset the phone.
